3. Client Confidentiality

Any proprietary information, brand assets, trade secrets, business plans, and non-public materials shared by the client with Vera Digital Media for the purpose of completing a project will be held in strict confidence.
Non-Disclosure: We will not use, disclose, or share your confidential information with any third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law or as necessary to perform the Services (e.g., sharing with secure third-party hosting or software providers). This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of our services.
4. Payment, Pricing, and Refunds
- Quotes and Invoices: Prices for our Services will be agreed upon prior to the start of any project. Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in your specific project agreement or invoice.
- Deposits: Most projects require a non-refundable upfront deposit before work commences.
- Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of our digital services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. If a project is canceled prior to completion, you will be billed for the work completed up to the date of cancellation.
